Cooking is not only about feeding our bodies and entertaining our guests, it is also a tool used to connect socially and its time well spent. Chef Diana believes in  a home cooked well balanced meal to foster family relationships.

Chef Diana brings her diverse experience and background teaching the fundamentals and values of cooking.

 Our services include cooking classes for entertainment purposes and themed cooking parties for birthdays, anniversaries,  girls night in.

To alleviate the anxiety of event planning, we offer exclusive catering for nonprofit, social organizations, fundraisers, and corporate events which includes full service, order for pick up or delivery to your home or business.

Our team is dedicated to serving our clients in every capacity we are skilled. Our executive chef and owner is formally trained and ServSafe Certified as a Food Safety Manager.​​

Fresh, organically sourced and local  ingredients when available are used in all dishes for maximum flavor. We take our time and make sure each dish is prepared to high quality standard. We offer menu options and catering styles to fit every budget.
About The Kitchen Table Executive Chef
Chef Diana Riley​​

Chef Diana Riley's passion for cooking and food service began while she was in high school. Her course electives in Food Service fueled her interest. Later, Diana enlisted in the Louisiana Army National Guard in 2002. She attended Quartermaster School at Ft. Lee, Va. Her military occupational specialty was food service specialist and she graduated top 5 in her military occupational specialty class and was awarded Honor Graduated in 2003. During Annual Training at Fort Polk, LA  Diana received the Army Achievement Medal for outstanding performance as a food service specialist. As a volunteer Family Readiness Group Leader, she planned and organized several events to promote the morale and well-being of her fellow soldiers and their families. She is an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran and received an honorable discharge in 2011.
 
After 9 years,  her military career ended but not her passion. She pursued a Culinary Arts degree at Chef John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. During college, Diana studied under prestigious chefs which included Chef John Folse. She did an internship at Nottoway Plantation in White Castle, Louisiana. 

Chef Diana Riley has a passion for catering and service. Currently Chef Diana is a member of American Culinary Federation and Women Chefs and Restaurateurs.. Her uniqueness and compassion sets her a step above to go beyond her call of duty and provide excellent service that fits her customers' needs. She believes every family deserves to have a home cooked meal at "the kitchen table" and she offers her expertise and share lessons learned in her debut Amazon Bestseller cookbook,Cooking on Purpose: Life Lessons Learned from the Kitchen.

She started her company from the ground up, bootstrapping to see her vision come to fruition. Her company's mission is to educate others on the values and fundamentals of cooking and to serve others by sharing her cooking through catering by eliminating the hassles of preparing food to allow clients time for entertaining. The Kitchen Table, LLC is well- qualified and eager to be of service to the community.​
